Interpreting
Many non-verbal, culturally-informed factors play a role in interpersonal communication.
In addition to vocabulary and technical terminology, intercultural knowledge is needed to mediate between the communicational intentions of differing language groups. This is of special importance when establishing and expanding professional contacts on an international level.
Knowing these dynamics well, I offer interpreter services to groups, e.g. at lectures or during guided tours on sustainable urban planning, renewable energies and extracurricular environmental education, as well as to English-speaking individuals (architects, urban planners, engineers, investors and others) working in these areas.
